Shell Lake has what many towns can only dream of: a 2,600 acre lake right downtown!!

Shell Lake Beach

The City operates a municipal beach near the foot of Main Street in Memorial Park. The beach includes a dock and swimming rafts, and is staffed with life guards during the summer months. Located near the swimming area is new (2004) playground equipment.
